Kyogle -Yoga Wellbeing Yoga Classes and Zen Thai Shiatsu

I use a slow approach with long holds of poses that open the body up to deeply stretch and balance through to mindful movements that flow from one pose to the next to build strength, stamina and improve fitness. Modifications to poses are always available so you can easily work at your own pace and according to your own bodies needs. Classes conclude with a short relaxation and offer a supportive and nurturing environment. Term 2 classes start 1st May 2014

Thursdays 5.30 - 6.45pm

$7 pay by the term, casual rates available

Friday 25th October - YOGA NIDRA RELAXATION -10 am - 11 am @ Uniting Church Hall, Bloore St. $10
Enjoy a deep relaxation session, as we press the pause button and enjoy a gentle blend of sound and visualisation of nature’s beauty to work our way through body, mind and breath to a place of deep quiet, deep rest and deep tranquility. All through the classic practice of Yoga Nidra.
It's therapeutic and allows for emotional & physical release of long held tensions at a deeper level and on the journey of Yoga practice, it's an important ingredient to have in the tool kit.
If you would like to come, it's ok to just show up. Bring yoga mat (I have spares), light blanket, eye pillow if you have one, warm & comfy clothing. All welcome. No experience necessary. See you on the mat.
