Benson has been ridden by a confident 10yo rider and he was so calm. This guy is a no fuss type of fella who will make one ripper of a kids/teens pony 🙂

The ONLY reason I would dare to consider finding him a new home is because I am simply too big to ride him full time. He is far too willing to be left in a paddock. He loves affection but learning is where he excels.

It's taken me a few days to make this post, it is always so hard saying goodbye.

Harley was laid to rest on Thursday. It was heartbreaking but a very peaceful passing. My sweet boy laid down before he passed and was in my arms as he took his final breath. He was surrounded by so much love and was fed like a king leading up to saying goodbye. All the horses following his passing said their goodbyes as well, one horse called Willow refused to leave him for a few hrs and stood vigil.

This has been really hard to write so I'll keep it short before I burst out crying again. Harley won't be forgotten 🩵🤍🩵

Loli had her hooves trimmed today and was such a champ 🩷 Seems she also has some stiffle lock going on with her nearside. Definitely can work on that once she is more comfortable in her hooves. She is coming along so well, showing so much improvement already 🥳

Socks also attended the vet yesterday and we found he has a small scratch on his eye, but it was caught early enough. He is now on 2 different eye medications and bute for the next 5 days. He is definitely feeling a lot better. 🥳

I’ve been trying to write this all day and just haven’t known what to say 🥺After getting the specialist vet report back ...

I’ve been trying to write this all day and just haven’t known what to say 🥺

After getting the specialist vet report back earlier today, I’ve made the excruciating decision to put Harley down.

The only way to guarantee his cancer wouldn’t come back was to remove his eye, and even then it just didn’t feel fair on him with everything else going on. I just can’t put him through that.

He deserves better than pain, stress and uncertainty.

I hate this so much. He means so much to me and this is not how I wanted things to go 😭

I just want to make his last days as special, calm and filled with as much love as I can 🩵🤍🩵
