Settling into my stay in the Himalayas. My program is good and I’m enjoying being the student again and not the teacher. Since my broken leg (and associated surgeries)it has taken two years to feel that my physical body has come back mostly to pre break shape. Now it’s time to get my full yoga back. I’m working on it.
