About the Role ☀️
We are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our supportive and values-driven multidisciplinary team. This role offers flexibility (part-time or full-time) and a balance of clinic and community-based work across:
▪️Our Speers Point clinic
▪️Early learning centres, daycares, home and community
▪️clinic or work from home where able
You will work closely with children and families to support communication, participation, and functional outcomes in everyday environments.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy for paediatric clients
▪️Develop individualised, functional, and goal-oriented intervention plans
▪️Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals
▪️Provide clear and timely reports and documentation
▪️Actively participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
About You
▪️Qualified Speech Pathologist (or soon to graduate)
▪️Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
▪️Passion for working with children and families
▪️Commitment to holistic, family-centred, and strengths-based practice
▪️Strong communication and teamwork skills
▪️Current driver’s licence
▪️Working With Children Check (NSW)
▪️NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
