I get a lot of clients who struggle to have a nutritious meal for breakfast. Sometimes the answer for those of us who are time poor in the morning is to be organised the night before so we have something quick, easy, and nutritious waiting for us for breakfast. This is one I highly recommend and modifying these recipes to suit your own dietary requirements is easy. For an extra protein hit, add a table spoon or two of your favourite protein powder!

Hope everyone has had a fantastic weekend. I am proud to show that the studio is finally ready to promote and receive clients. In fact I've been training clients for about a month now but next week I will be advertising to the general public.
