It is FINALLY happening - 2 NEW knees are in the plans

Mr Right is up first, booked for Aug 15th & Mr Left will follow a few months later after righty recovers.

So I have just short of 6 weeks left of wearing all the pain patches, restrictive braces, walking with my Jimmy sticks & pushing through so much pain with as minimal pain medication as I can tolerate just to get through the si plastic things.

I have a surgeon who is happy to fix me, onows about my history of drug addicition & my need to get back true quality of life without risk of forming a new drug addicition just to survive through the pain.

Looking forward to the next step in my life, without pain, without being trapped at home unable to walk, to be at my best as a "normal" human, a dad, husband & get back on my 4wheels of freedom!

Talking about your mental health is such a crucial step toward healing & definitely the hardest!

This Men’s Health Week, let’s talk about something we don’t talk about enough: men’s mental health

We regularly work with men who are navigating immense stress, emotional pain and silent struggles. Too often, societal expectations discourage men from seeking support or expressing vulnerability. The message has long been: “Be strong. Push through. Don’t talk about it.”
But real strength lies in self-awareness, in asking for help when you need it, and in taking steps toward healing.

Men’s Health Week is a powerful reminder that mental health is health and it matters just as much as physical well-being. Whether it is managing anxiety, coping with trauma, addressing depression, or simply needing space to talk, support is available.

To the men who are showing up for themselves and doing the inner work: we see you, we respect you and we are here to support you.
Let’s keep breaking the stigma. Let’s keep the conversation going.
