Sometimes it is easy to assume what colour a client will choose for a certain emotion or sensation, right? I love how one of my clients really tuned into herself as we explored the different emotions and associated colours 🌈🥰🙏🏻

Today is I am a Mental Health First Aider. It is such an important course to do. The knowledge, insight and skills you gain may help you save someone's life. I have referred back to the MHFA handbook countless times (you receive one in the course). Did you know... if you are autistic, there is a high possibility that you also live with anxiety or depression? As well as other co-occurring mental health conditions. Let's make every conversation matter to help save lives and start to reduce the stigma associated with mental illness. 🙏🏻 💚

Returning to study for one unit from 25th August to mid October. I love study but it can really take its toll on me. Living with adhd I constantly get distracted as well as people please... I love my clients and my work and I don't like letting people down. But when I am studying I need to prioritise myself and my own self care. So I wont unfortunately be taking on any new clients during this period. I will however, be continuing to support current clients. Thank you for understanding. Nat 🌸

Joint hypermobility... hypermobile EDS... hypermobile spectrum... One of the most recent studies investigating hypermobility and autism is a systematic review 😊 the results may surprise you!
