It's been a hot minute!!!!!

I am taking this old Catering, Cake and miscellaneous foodie page to work on a new venture in Perth and surrounds.

For those who don't know me I am the owner of the award winning The Alkaline Cafe Albany, I have not stopped my love for hospitality in 30 years! In the past 4 years I have won and abundance of awards and worked my arse off to claim them all!

I am currently taking some time out to focus on being settled in the big smoke after 12 wonderful years in Albany and look forward to food clicks and helping those in the hospitality industry.

I don't do cakes very often but when I do they generally raise my stress levels. And when I do they are generally for the ones I love the most, time providing 😉 most of my gold painted hand made decorations broke on the way to Perth but I still managed to put this together. A great night had at Kristen's 21st celebrations at North Beach Footy Club...

I've been helping out a club here in Alb's for a few years now, a chance to casually go back to something I love and miss is such a great feeling, I hope the folk enjoy these Wild Rice stuffed mushies tomorrow 😋

So now my Cheffing career has ended I get to attend dinners rather than cook for them, and last night's Paleo dinner at the gorgeous Heirloom Resturant was nothing short of amazing! Taking along hubby and two of the most amazing influences in my life we enjoyed the free flowing Champagne as well as the awesome company and Paleo Deliciousness! Oh and Pete Evans was there too!!
