In response to the recent flooding in certain parts of Australia, we're donating all profits from our next new release launch on Thursday, March 24 beginning at 10:30am AEDT and will go for 24 hours ending Friday, March 25 at 10:30am AEDT.

I love being active, getting out there and having a go. 💖
Activity is definitely great for your well-being, so tell me, what did you do this past weekend to help your well-being? 😊

I’ll start….yesterday we had an awesome kayak down the Tambo River. We’d not done this before so weren’t sure what to expect and it sure didn’t disappoint!
The river was flowing well following recent heavy rain/floods, there was quite a few obstacles along the way too but this made it all the more exciting.
Fresh air, good company, lots of laughs and activity, can’t beat that 💖💖
