Strong but stiff?
Flexible but weak?

Yoga can tap into all of them and fill the gaps.
It can build strength, mobility, balance and fitness all at the same time.
It’s probably not going to send your VO₂ max through the roof like a hard cardio session… but it can improve your fitness — especially depending on where you’re starting and the style of yoga you’re doing.
Yoga trains the links in the chain, not just one piece of the puzzle. 🧩
