I am constantly amazed by the courage of the individuals who come to lie on my table and take the opportunity to make true change in their lives.

They might not know what they want, but they know they want something different. They want to feel differently, be it, in their body, their thoughts or their emotions.

They know they can walk through life with more ease and grace.

Each individual carries their own story, their own particular complexities and pain. The body holds the key. We follow the cues and hold the space and the body does the work.

Who knows what will be released in each session. What we do know is that things will be different. All you need is a tiny bit of courage.

A client sent me a lovely text this week, and I'm sure he won't mind me sharing this...I was thinking about what you do and my best description is "the alchemy of the tangible and the intangible".
