Run by our allied health professionals, this program is designed to help children learn, connect, move, create and grow in a safe and supportive environment here in Lakes Entrance.
Each day is thoughtfully planned to give your child a balance of fun, skill-building and gentle structure:
✨ Morning Arrival & Connection
A calm start with sensory stations, free play, check-ins and group activities.
🏃♀️ Movement Hour
From Ninja Warrior courses and relays to dance and mini-Olympics - your child stays active while building confidence and teamwork.
🧩 Life Skills & Creativity
Cooking, baking, recycled crafts, storytelling and more - hands -on fun that teaches practical skills and sparks imagination.
🧘 Mindfulness & Calm Time
Reading, colouring, yoga, and activities to support emotional regulation and relaxation.
🌲 Afternoon Community Adventures
Nature walks, park visits, outdoor play and team-building games to end the day with joy and connection.
🎥 Friday Bonus: A cinema afternoon after lunch!
This program runs Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm, right here at Mosaic Elite Health, Lakes Entrance.
