Q: Why we promote sauna during the warm weather?

MMM services target general public including people with average or poor health/ fitness who are looking to improve their health and wellbeing.
If you do sauna right it can help you improve your cardiovascular system significantly. There are contraindications and precautions to infrared sauna. With support from your therapist, you may consider adding sauna to your fitness and wellbeing routine.
If you are new to sauna and want to try, a smaller gap between the temperatures inside and outside the sauna may help reduce the risk of cardiogenic shock. Thats why we are now promoting it in the warmer weather. Make sure you are well hydrated before and after the session.
You might not notice much improvement within you the first time or two. It's a routine you keep practicing properly and consistently to see the difference. Then when the winter comes, the cold should become a (positive) challenge to you, not a contraindication.
