Announcing a new therapist starting at Lorne Street.

Charlene Hong is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with extensive experience in the nutritional management of a range of health conditions including:
• Diabetes (Type1 & 2)
• High cholesterol
• High blood pressure
• Weight management
• Heart disease & Heart conditions
• Vitamin & Mineral Deficiencies e.g Anaemia
• Paediatric Nutrition, Pregnancy and breastfeeding
• Ageing & maintaining independence (older adults)
• Bowel and digestive complaints or issues, e.g as IBS / FODMAPS, Coeliac Disease

Charlene is can also consult in Mandarin (普通话) and Korean (한국어) and will commence sessions on Mondays starting 7th August. Contact us for an appointment

Announcing a new therapist starting with us at Lorne Street

Brett Pallini is a registered Psychologist with nearly 20 years experience. Brett has a wide range of experience in the mental health industry and worked in a variety of clinical settings and organisations. He provides counselling for a diverse range of psychological disorders; including treating mood and anxiety disorders, post traumatic stress and trauma, relationship dysfunction, self-development, self-esteem, workplace health and wellbeing, health & performance psychology and critical incident recovery.

His main treatment methods include in CBT, ACT, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Trauma Debriefing, Mindfulness, and Coaching. His work has also included mediation, team development and health and wellbeing training.

Brett’s working history includes many different organisations, the Community Corrections Office, Community Health Centres, Lifeline Melbourne, Corporate and Private Sector, Federal, State and Local Government, Not for Profit and Community based services. Brett has previously worked in his own private practice for over 10 years.

Brett has a passion and enthusiasm for supporting people and developing strategies to enhance their health and wellbeing and assisting them to meet their full potential and better manage and cope with the many risks of their work and personal life.

Brett will commence sessions on Wednesday's starting 2nd August. Please contact the centre for more information or to schedule an appointment

Welcoming our new Osteopath Dr Alanna Ianni to Lorne Street Therapy Centre.
Alanna graduated from Victoria University in 2014 obtaining her Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters in Osteopathy.
Alanna has participiated in various sports growing up including Taekwondo, Swimming, Basetball and Soccer.
She also regularly enjoys attending the gym which has lead to a keen interest in treating sport and repetitive strain injuries.
As an Osteopath she treats various conditions such as back/neck pain, postural strain, pregnancy related conditions, post pregnancy related pain, arthritis, headaches, RSI, digestive complaints, sports injuries, shoulder pain, elbow/wrist pain, hip/knee/ankle pain plus more.
Alanna has obtained her Level 2 Certificate in Dry Needling and Cupping - she commonly uses these treatment modalities coupled with Osteopathy treatment and rehabilaition to treat her clients.
Alanna is avaliable on Wednesdays between 9am - 12:30pm and Thursdays between 2pm - 5:30pm.
