Myofascial Release Therapy is a technique which helps stretch/lengthen muscles, relaxes contracted muscles and like any massage treatments helps improve blood flow.

The therapist locates and deactivates ‘trigger points’, which are often wound-up muscles that have been damaged or are “kinked. For 10 years I’ve been Massaging at local Pro Wrestling companies. How fast time goes when you’re having fun. I’ve been lucky enough to meet so many incredible wrestlers from around Australia and from all over the world like New Zealand, Mexico, USA, Japan, England and Scotland. Over the 10 years these wrestlers have come from or gone to companies like Renegades of Wrestling (ROW), Melbourne City Wrestling (MCW), WWE, New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW), Insane Pro Wrestling (ICW), Southern Pro Wrestling New Zealand (SPW), AAA (Lucha libre), Total Non Stop Action Wrestling (TNA), and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) I’ve been very grateful for the opportunity I was given and meeting so many great people, doing something I love and doing it with something I love watching. Here is to many more years in Pro Wrestling!
