This Christmas is going to be a tough one for some families, especially those affected by domestic and family violence.

We’re lucky to support and work with the team at and they’ve put out a request for:

🎄 Lolly stockings
🎁 Boxes of chocolates (these will be wrapped so kids can give them to their mums)

We’re trying to gather as many as we can.

If you’re able to help, please drop donations into Brightside before Friday 28/11.
We’d really appreciate it — and more importantly, families who are doing it tough will too.

“Won’t this pain just get better if I wait?” 🤔
Sometimes, yes. But if it lingers, it usually won’t improve on its own.

👉 Here’s the simple rule of thumb:
If it hasn’t improved in 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝘀, book in.

⚠️ Don’t wait if it’s:
• Severe or constant pain
• Shooting down your arm/leg, or causing pins & needles
• Affecting your sleep or mental health
• A sudden tear/pop injury
• Happening again and again

💡 Bottom line: if in doubt, don’t wait. Get checked.
