Sad. Sadder. Saddest.

We are very sorry to see Kristen finishing up her journey with us and moving onto a new opportunity. She has been a huge part of the growth and the fabric of Brightside. 'K' as we call her will be massively missed and will be required to pop in on the reg to deliver pop-quizzes, recipes and funny stories.

You can be safe in knowing that all Kristen's patients will be cared for by our wonderful team. and....we are currently recruiting for the next Brightside rock-star physio!

A huge thank you to everyone who donated Easter eggs for Jenny's Place! Thanks to your kindness, we were able to help bring a little Easter joy to local children and families who have experienced domestic violence. Your generosity really made a difference, and we’re so grateful to have such a caring community around us.

With the Easter break coming up, here’s a quick reminder of our Easter and ANZAC Day trading hours:

Easter Trading Hours:
Good Friday (3rd April): Closed

This Christmas is going to be a tough one for some families, especially those affected by domestic and family violence.

We’re lucky to support and work with the team at and they’ve put out a request for:

🎄 Lolly stockings
🎁 Boxes of chocolates (these will be wrapped so kids can give them to their mums)

We’re trying to gather as many as we can.

If you’re able to help, please drop donations into Brightside before Friday 28/11.
We’d really appreciate it — and more importantly, families who are doing it tough will too.
