Massive congrats to our Physio Pat for smashing the Sydney marathon over the weekend 🏃‍♂️💨
A debut marathon of 3:09 is seriously impressive!! He now sets his eye on the Ironman 70.3 in Melbourne in early November. Watch this space!

We would also like to congratulate Physio Jenai for placing third in the Adult Duo section at the FISAF Australia Sport Aerobics National Championships last week. She has been selected to represent Australia at the Sport Aerobics World Championships in Prague, Czech Republic in October!! We wish her the best of luck in this event!

Our Physiotherapist Jenai recently completed her certification in Kinetic Link Training and is now able to deliver these functional exercise training sessions as part of her treatments!
