Morning Meditation 🤍

I love the simplicity of lying on the grass before the light of a new day arrives… cocooned under a blanket and listening to the sounds of the ocean 🌊 The peace of it all!

For me, it is the best part of the day.

It is not just the 20 minute meditation that sets my day…
it is the shared moment of watching the colours of the sky change, noticing the birds begin to stir, hearing the trees whisper and feeling the excitement as the little family of dolphins glide by.
