We are so excited to have a professional chef coming to do one of our cooking demonstrations this month! And our health talk on exercise will be taken by a personal trainer. Please join us this Sunday 13th August at 2pm, at the Adventist Community Centre, 27 Maleny St, Landsborough. Cost is only $5, and there is tasting of all recipes presented. We hope to see you there!

A big thanks to Beth and Brent who created this amazing table of food for us all to try at the last Health Day. Our next Health Day will be this Sunday 11th June at 2pm at the Adventist Community Centre, 27 Maleny St, Landsborough. The cost is $5 per person. There will be plenty more healthy, plants-based food to try this month, including pasta, arancini balls, banoffee pie and more! We hope to see you there!

Welcome!
We are running Health Days at the Landsborough Adventist Community Centre every month to promote a healthy lifestyle to help people achieve a longer and happier life. There will be plant-based food cooking demonstrations, a health talk, and tasting of all recipes presented. They are a lot of fun and the cost is only $5 per person.
The Health Days run from 2:00 - 4:30pm at the Adventist Community Centre, 27 Maleny Street, Landsborough.
The dates are:
Sunday 7th May
Sunday 11th June
Sunday 9th July
Sunday 13th August
Sunday 10th September
Sunday 8th October
Sunday 12th November
