I attended an amazing three-day retreat, Her Best Life, in Sydney this weekend and left feeling deeply grateful. Gemma O’Neill and all facilitators, guests, and the HBL team were “amazing”! Thank you 🙏🏻 so much gratitude for an exceptional event.

Meeting Meghan Markle was incredibly special—our family has now had the honour twice, with my brother also meeting her and Harry during the Invictus Games in Sydney. What stayed with me most was her presence—warm, engaging, vulnerable, and honest.

A beautiful weekend reminder that words have energy and are so powerful… and knowing who we are is a journey not a destination this lifetime. I am always the teacher and always a student in this life.

After 30 years in teaching, I hold this close: Is it true? Is it kind? Is it necessary?

Words matter. They can enable or they can disable—so choose them with care. Choose kindness. Thanks Sheree for inviting me along and for so much fun.
