Each year, I make new year resolutions.🎉 Each year, I put less effort into them as they always seem to become a distant memory 1 month in.📆 This year, I am setting intentions instead. This word seems much less impossible!

1. Look after my mental health - give myself space to not be busy all the time.🧘‍♀️

2. Look after my physical self - each day, move my body in a way it feels good and yet challenging. 🚶‍♂️

3. Look after my inner self - feed my body with nourishing food that was given to us from nature.🫒

4. Surround myself with people who make me feel good and want to spend time with me.❤️

5. Be grateful. 🐝

6. Make time for family who cherish our relationship and learn to let go of those who don't. 🤗

7. Declutter and minimalise, let go of stuff.🚮

8. Have regular massage!💆‍♀️💆‍♂️
