What is Crossing Midline?🤔

🌟 Crossing midline is the ability to reach across the middle of the body (an imaginary line running from the top of our head down to our toes) using our arms or legs.

🌟 This important skill helps both sides of the body work together and supports activities like writing, getting dressed, reading, and playing sports!

🌟 Strong midline crossing skills also help with coordination, balance, hand dominance, and using both brain hemispheres together efficiently.

Our kids had the best time getting hands-on helping with jobs around the station! 💪🧼

These meaningful tasks are such a fun way to build motor skills, bilateral coordination, strength, and teamwork while feeling proud to contribute and be part of something bigger.
