Earlier this month, we had the privilege of facilitating a Seniors Living Workshop organised by Amara Residences. Residents and future residents spent the day hearing from expert speakers on design, legal considerations, selling and downsizing, technology, health and wellbeing, and how to navigate the move into a lifestyle community with confidence.

The engagement and questions were outstanding — it’s clear people are thinking deeply about their next chapter and the benefits of living in a supportive, connected seniors living environment.

What an incredible week of Downsizing Information Sessions!

Earlier this month as part of the NSW Seniors Festival 2024, we proudly hosted two fantastic events focused on downsizing with confidence and planning for the future.

Over 100 guests attended across the three sessions, hearing from experts Julie Dwyer from , Brendan Ryan from Later Life Advice and our own Cathy Bennett from Amara Residences.

From decluttering tips and financial planning to exploring retirement living options, the sessions were packed with practical insights and real conversations – all in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

We’re so grateful to everyone who came along and helped make these events such a success. 🙌

Amara Residences is excited to be part of Time to Shine in the Park – Seniors' Garden Party on Wednesday, 12 March 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Blackman Park, Lloyd Rees Dr, Lane Cove West.

Join us and the Pathways Longueville team for a beautiful morning in the park, filled with free morning tea, live entertainment, and engaging activities, including:
