Everyone enjoyed a bit of rest at the end of a very special class today as three mums braved the world with their 7 week old bubbas and returned to the studio 💕 The babies were absolute stars and the mums were so surprised at how well they all did 🙌 It was pure joy having the room filled with tiny feet, toys and so much love ✨

The beauty of pregnancy yoga is that there is no right way, only your way in each moment 💫 Every practice will look and feel different depending on how far along you are, how your body feels that day, and what brings even a little comfort 😅

Pregnancy is a dance of change… Some days you will lean into movement to feel strong and spacious… Other days you will rest in stillness to soften and let go. Both are important and both are enough ✨

🍑 Expectation: Relaxing prenatal yoga. Reality: Rolling your bum on a medieval torture device. 😂

The pain is real, but so are the laughs! Loosening up those tight hips hurts so good—right, Girls? 😆💪

But jokes aside, rolling out your glutes during pregnancy is so important! Those muscles work overtime to support your growing belly, and when they get tight, they can contribute to lower back pain, hip discomfort, and even a tense pelvic floor. Since everything in the body is connected, releasing tension in your glutes helps keep your pelvic floor functioning well, especially important as you prepare for birth and postpartum recovery. ✨
