At CRAMLI, connection is at the heart of everything we do.
We thrive in a collaborative environment, and our monthly meetings are a highlight—bringing together our Melbourne, Cairns and Albury teams to connect both socially and professionally.
And yes, we’re serious about our morning teas! Sharing food is our favorite way to celebrate wins, share stories, and stay updated on company news. These moments remind us that behind every achievement is a team that cares, communicates, and grows together.
Here’s to more shared laughs, milestones, and delicious bites!

This week, we recognise, celebrate, and raise awareness of the 3 million Australians who provide care and support to a family member or friend.
Carers play an essential role in our communities — offering compassion, patience and dedication to those who need it most. Their contribution often goes unseen, yet their impact is profound.
National Carers Week is a time to acknowledge their strength, resilience and the difference they make every single day.
To all carers — thank you for the vital role you play in supporting others and enriching lives across Australia.

Every team needs someone who can turn a Monday into a Friday with just one line — and for us, that’s Mitch. Whether it’s his perfectly timed one-liners, his uncanny ability to lighten the mood during crunch time, or his daily commitment to ensuring the office is caffeinated he makes our office a better place (and way more entertaining).
Happy Birthday, Mitch! 🎂🎈

Listen in, and hear the discussions about Restrictive Practices and challenges faced in the sector:
Select Show – The Unexpected Journey from 13.05.2025
15/05/2025
Grateful to have attended today’s event facilitated by Jayne, CEO of BGKLLEN.
It was a powerful and uplifting space for genuine connection, professional networking, and much-needed laughter. Most importantly, it was a safe and open forum to talk about the real barriers and challenges we face when working with young people across the sector.
What resonated deeply was hearing the shared experience among so many professionals — the weight of being overworked, the constant battle with burnout, the pressure of limited funding, and that lingering feeling of never doing enough.
And of course, let’s not forget the ever-changing systems we work in and the complexities that come with supporting people in vulnerable circumstances.
Despite it all, today reminded us that we’re not alone — and that there is incredible strength in this community of dedicated, passionate individuals.
Thank you, Jayne and BGKLLEN, for bringing us together.

CRAMLI on RPPFM: Talking Restrictive Practices with Julie, Tina & Monique
Sali and Nicole from CRAMLI Psychological and Behavioural Services were honoured to join Julie, Tina, and Monique on their RPPFM show to unpack the complexities of Restrictive Practices in the disability and mental health sectors.
Together, they explored:
What restrictive practices are, and when they’re used
The legal and ethical responsibilities that come with every decision
The importance of clinical reasoning, evidence-based planning, and upholding human rights
Why least restrictive practice must always be the goal
The conversation was open, honest, and deeply important — highlighting how critical it is for providers, families, and the broader community to understand the real-world implications of these practices.
