Our Happy Hour today was made extra special with a beautiful performance from the Frankston Ladies Choir. The room was filled with music and plenty of toe-tapping as residents joined in the fun and refreshments.
A heartfelt thank you to the talented choir members for sharing their voices and bringing so many smiles to our community.

Our residents have had a busy start to the week, from making Halloween cookies, enjoying a bus ride to the park, outside time and browsing our market stall. Also there's been plenty of Montessori-inspired activities in our Memory Support Wing.
These sensory and hands-on experiences bring joy, connection, and a wonderful sense of purpose to each day.

This afternoon our residents enjoyed a wonderful time of music, laughter, and connection during our weekly Happy Hour. The ever-popular and talented Rob Foenanders once again delighted everyone with his fantastic live performance, playing all the crowd favourites that had toes tapping and voices joining in!
Moments like these remind us how powerful music can be — bringing people together, lifting spirits, and creating joy. For our residents, these shared experiences are more than just entertainment — they play an important role in supporting wellbeing, mental health, and a strong sense of community.

🌟 Diwali Celebrations at Langwarrin Community Aged Care! 🌟
Today our residents enjoyed a vibrant celebration of Diwali, the Festival of Lights. The atmosphere was filled with colour, laughter, and beautiful music as our wonderful staff dressed in their traditional attire and performed dances from their cultures 💃🕺.

Residents joined in the fun, learning about the meaning behind Diwali and enjoying a delicious Indian-inspired afternoon tea with sweet treats, and plenty of smiles.

A big thank you to our incredible team for sharing their traditions and bringing so much joy and light to our community today. 💛
