You could be at risk of developing Tech Neck - a growing spinal health concern cause by poor posture and prolonged screen time.

Common symptoms include:
⚠️ Headaches
⚠️ Neck, shoulder and upper back pain
⚠️ Postural changes and spinal curvature (especially in older adults)

Adjust your thinking - prevention starts with small habits!
✅ Maintain an upright, relaxed posture
✅ Take regular movement and stretching breaks
✅Set your screen at eye level
