💧 WHAT IS MLD? 💧

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, specialised massage technique designed to support your body’s lymphatic system.

The lymphatic system plays a key role in removing waste, reducing fluid build-up, and supporting your immune system. When it’s not working efficiently, you may experience swelling, heaviness, or discomfort.

MLD uses light, rhythmic movements to help:
