Meg is taking part in Step Up for Breast Cancer this August. She is raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation in support of her mum.

“ A couple of months ago, Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. Since then we have had a whirlwind of appointments, surgeries and hospital stays! It is unbelievable how amazing the supports and care team are however it has really made me realise just how much further we have to go when it comes to amazing research supporting our understanding of cancer as a whole!

This month I'll be walking/running 58km to Step Up to breast cancer. For those that know me well you'll probably think that's a fairly easy goal however it is actually proving difficult finding the time between 3 kids (who bring home every virus known to man), 2 jobs and supporting Mum as much as I can through this process. I would appreciate all your support during this time and if you are in a position to donate that would also be amazing!!

What is Cupping?

Cupping is a common treatment used by elite athletes to help aid recovery and reduce muscle tightness. Have you ever noticed the circular bruises on some footballers? This is from cupping treatment.
