Movement with Friends is returning!

Bookings are now open for our term 4 program.

We are excited to announce we are again partnering with Friend in Me to offer a movement program at their inclusion space.

The program is aimed at primary aged children, and is looking to encourage movement & social connection. The sessions will be run by our exercise physiologist Victoria, sessions will be adapted to meet the needs of the children attending.

Staff Member of the Month - Victoria

Meg has handed on the trophy to Victoria for our August winner. Victoria has been doing a lot of great work with community engagement including talks and groups. We have also had a number of positive feedback for the falls and balance program she has been running.

Ingenia Lifestyle Village Health Week

Yesterday Meg and Victoria presented at the Ingenia Lifestyle Village health week. They covered pelvic health, exercise as your age and falls & balance.
