Our Chair Yoga classes are back this week and are a great way to get moving and kick start the new year. Chair yoga is suitable for anyone but especially tailored to those with mobility issues. Yoga positions are chair-based or standing so you don't need to be able to get up and down from the floor.

Last Friday we had our clinic Christmas party for 2025. Thank you to the Lara Golf Club for your hospitality and for the delicious pizza.

The night consisted of some team games & challenges as well as staff awards, secret Santa and a chance to catch up.

Thank you to everyone that has supported us this year. Wishing you all a very merry Christmas and happy new year. We look forward to continuing to help you not live with pain in 2026!

Clinic Christmas Hours

The festive season is fast approaching, & our hours will be a little different for the next few weeks.

Please note during this time, some therapist will be taking leave, so we will be operating with reduced appointments. All classes will take a two week break from Dec 21st - Jan 4th.
