*Got a niggle you cant get rid of, aching muscles, stiff neck, sore shoulders, lower back issues then remedial massage is the go to treatment.

*Feeling tired, need a good stretch, or feel like some pampering then book in for a relaxation/deep tissue massage to help you feel good, re-energised and just awesome....

*If this is your first appointment with me for a remedial massage you must book in for 60min to allow more time for assessment.

*If it is your first appointment arrive 5-10 min before appointment time to fill out a form.

I did the circuit class this evening and let me tell ya I worked it!
I felt very comfortable.
What I loved was the variations of each exercise depending on what your body can do.
I haven't done a proper fitness class for awhile so this is a great way for me to get back into it.
I walked out feeling very happy with myself.
