This little meme brings back memories from I in fact did help my grandmother wash everything by hand using a washboard. The hands were soft from soap and water, nails a little brittle, but we got it done......

that was back then.

This beautiful meal was so very simple to make, is vegetarian, full of protein and freshness and goes very well with cauliflower rice or other veggies too. I loved the smell of spices in my kitchen - and left chapatis out.
