Preparations are in full swing - we are getting towards the end of the year. I have been offering hands on Christmas Hamper workshops for many years. They are a fantastic event to hold for our Thermomix®️ customers to help them get ready for the festive season ahead. We get together and learn how to create beautiful and yummy gifts for loved ones, spend time with like minded people and walk away with our own full Hamper Bag. Interested in learning more? I love a good vanilla slice even though I don’t have it much. It’s much easier to make than I thought. And I am so happy it all worked out. For the icing I used raw sugar, that’s why it’s not white. Other than that I found it very easy to make and will do it again.

This warmer weather is really enticing me to have lots of salads again. I love the variety I can create and my Thermomix is never far.
If you are wondering whether the TM7 is worth it - my answer will always be yes. And today my reason is that no matter whether it’s making a whole dish or just an element of my dish (quinoa here), the ease of use is convenient for me and because of this convenience I constantly feel encouraged to try out new things.

Without a Thermomix I would not cook half the stuff I now serve my guys with confidence.

Today is a good day to share these pictures from a recent cooking event. The weather is getting hotter, and most of us are looking for ways to eat fresh, versatile and healthy.
This mango fruity dream ticked all the boxes for host and guests and is a fantastic option to have something refreshing that is yummy, doesn’t take long to whip up and most of all - will not break the bank.😊

Tip: Do you have fruit that may be on the way out? Freeze it for a couple of hours and make a fruity dream.✌️👌👍

Happy Sunday to you all. One of this week’s Thermomixing moments was a TM7 delivery at which we made one of my all time favourite dishes.
I am always happy to surprise my customers with a little skill that I learned when working in different fine dining establishments during my Uni years.

One thing I love about the Thermomix is how I can have dinner cooked in less that 15min when I need to. Last night was one of those days. The creamy sauce just whipped itself into the most velvety shape to accommodate this massive bowl of pasta and steam veggies.

WINNING !!!

Add a steak or fish or leave as is - and your head, and belly and your heart will thank you.
