Never fail mash - I used up sweet potatoes, a little pumpkin and normal potatoes to make the smoothest mash to go on the requested Shepherds Pie. Super yummy , no complaints.

Let me share with you, how this photo makes me happy. I have been a Thermomix user for 12 years now and during this time, I experienced many moments in which my husband said - I don’t need to use the Thermomix….. (Does this sound like your household?)
Yesterday, while I was out cooking with new customers, he felt like making scones. Wow. So, before I got back home, he shared his picture of the scones, which made me proud - he has never made scones.
Upon walking into the kitchen, the cream came out, and OMG, it was good. Seriously, I thought to myself, this whipped cream is brilliant. (Deep down I was picturing him using the Thermomix to make it.) It took me a while to ask how he got the cream whipped up so nicely. He looked at me and started to smile….👌👌👌”Yes, I used the Thermomix.)

Another go at bread in this fantastic cast iron cook ware. This time it’s a gluten free bread. I have to say, in all my years of making gf bread, I think this is my favourite.

You wouldn’t think this is an egg dish, would you? Just as you would add tomato or chives or spinach, this pink scramble has beetroot in it. What else? Just some goats cheese and avocado and spinach. A quick, nourishing and surprisingly tasty breakfast.

I know - this doesn’t exactly look like Spaghetti Carbonara. Whilst many people out there find it easy to swap out recipe ingredients, add on, change flavours etc - there are plenty of people out there who feel less confident doing this. So here is something really simple you can try out.
Replace Spaghetti with pasta of your choice. Produce the carbonara sauce, then add fresh veggies and maybe a little extra parmesan. Tomatoes and cut up snow peas were my choice here.

Members of our Thermomix branch showcased the Thermomix in conjunction with the Ovana pizza oven. From normal and gf dough to sauce to several modes 1 the pizzas were the highlight of the show.
Most of us know that you can save money on making your own pizza, and let’s face it - most of us do. What I found particularly incredible is the quality at which the pizzas came out of the Ovana, and how fast and easy this process was. Here were the results.

It may have kept me in the kitchen a little longer yesterday, but today I am reaping the benefit of breakfast being ready for me when I need it. These apple and almond overnight oats not only taste great, they are also wonderful to restore gut health. I use almond milk - this morning’s topper will be stewed pears. 😍
