So it's been a while since I last posted here on my business page. I was guided to take time out especially from social media and to continue my own inner healing journey. Turns out that was pretty much 2024 for me.
I'm not going to lie it's felt like a full time job for the past year tbh and it's definitely been tough at times. There are times I have felt stuck, alone, abandoned like the wounds I have were too numerous and long held to fix. There were other times when I've felt the sheer joy and pleasure that comes with being true to your authentic self and giving yourself time to heal, change and grow.
I've even remembered to use my own tools at times too 😂 I'm not perfect I often forget to use the tools I use on others for myself 🙈 But I've definitely made use of homeopathic remedies, flower and gem essences, crystal singing bowl sessions, healing chimes, oils and more during this time. Getting out in mother nature is always my happy place too.
During this time I've worked with some amazing souls as they start or continue their own healing journeys too. Did you know that as we heal aspects of ourselves as wounded healers we are then able to help others to do the same. I'm still very much a work in progress myself.
It's honestly a privilege to help those who seek to heal parts of themselves that are holding them back. Whether this is limiting beliefs, dis-ease in the body, trauma held in the body or anything that just doesn't feel like the true you. It truly is possible to heal; your body has its own innate ability to do this and I love helping people to connect in to do this for themselves.
The energy of 2025 already feels much different to me and I'm anchored in ready to go. I'm like a butterfly 🦋 emerging from its cocoon. As the picture says Wealth, Transformation and freedom these feel like awesome themes to work with this year.
As always it's at your own pace so if you are not quite feeling ready yet for 2025 that's just perfect too. There is no rush you travel at your own speed and if you need a helping hand just reach out. 🙏💜
