“A strong mind needs a strong body! Exercise both!” (Lululemon)

My term 3 yoga classes re-commence in Latrobe on 22nd July.

Come along and build a powerful foundation through your own body.

Channel your energy to achieve mental strength for the body. It’s so much more than the postures alone. Discover courage, perseverance and self empowerment both on and off the mat.

Symbolically, the Warrior 2 pose allows you to feel grounded, centred and open. Your feet are connected to the Earth, inviting strength and stability. Your torso is centred; not racing into the future or pulling you back into the past. The posture reflects your presence. Through the inner workings of the posture, receive the benefits of spreading energy and power throughout your whole body.

Your body will thank you for the investment later. Take the time to nurture it.

IT’S ALMOST TIME 🧘‍♀️We’re just a few short weeks away from rounding up Term 2 yoga. It’s been a busy term with full classes & waiting lists. If you’d like to secure a spot in my Term 3 classes, DM me with your details. All welcome 🙏

At the end of this term everything re-sets and I open up the bookings to both new clients and our beautiful regular yogis 🌸🤍 If you’re on my mailing list you won’t miss out.

Winter is a hard season to find your motivation, but it is so important to find the time to move & stretch your body. Gift yourself time on the mat. Your body will thank you for it later 🥰

In the meantime time, it’s BACK TO THE SIMPLE LIFE in a little over a week.
SUMBA, one of our favourite islands in Indo, is calling 🌊☀️ It’s off the grid - a hut, overlooking the ocean, my daily dose of yoga, clean food, and of course the best company! What more could I ask for?

In the days leading up to our reset, I’ll be doing some admin and getting you all booked in to my term 2 yoga classes. If you missed out last term, don’t wait; make that decision for yourself. One choice; one life!
