When they get restricted, it can pull on your lumbar spine and cause pain. This can happen because of
🍃 prolonged sitting, keeping your Psoas muscle shortened and tight
🍃 overuse from activities like running or cycling, which can strain the muscle
🍃 chronic stress, triggering the Psoas muscle's connection to the sympathetic nervous system
🍃 weak core or glute muscles, forcing your psoas to work overtime

Daily stretches such as lunges, pigeon pose and glute bridges can help release the hip flexors and we can incorporate stretching and targeted massage to this area in your next session with me. 🌸

As of Monday the 5th of January my prices will increase by $5 to most treatments I offer.
As Moana grows and I get to offer more days to my clients, the price of operating a business increases. I endeavour to always try to stay at an affordable price to ensure everyone is able to enjoy the beauty of massage and well being.
