《Have you had enough water today? 💧》
Lately, many clients have told me:
"Jenny, I’ve been getting headaches a lot—is it because I’m not sleeping well?"
Actually, there’s a commonly overlooked cause:
drinking too little water, leading to mild dehydration.

💡 Why does drinking too little water make headaches more likely?
When you’re dehydrated, blood volume drops and your nervous system becomes more sensitive.
Pain receptors around the brain are more easily "activated," resulting in:
✔ Pressure in the head
✔ Tight temples
✔ Soreness in the back of the head
✔ Afternoon headaches
Don’t wait until you’re thirsty!
Thirst already means mild dehydration.
🥤 Quick tip:
Try drinking 2–3 extra cups of water today and see if your headache or shoulder/neck tension improves.
If you often have shoulder/neck tightness, back-of-head tension, or recurring headaches,
a massage can help relax your muscles—and I can help you find what’s really causing it.
