Hello everyone.
Unfortunately I have some sad news.
We have come to the decision after a great deal of consideration that we will not be continuing our events this year.
As many of you know I have suffered a broken ankle recently and that is taking its time to heal.
We also unfortunately can not hold the events at the same location as the lovely ladies there are moving on also.
We had an absolute blast with you all last year and thank each and every one of you for your amazing support.
To my beautiful support team, I could not have done it without you. Thank you.
We hope you all had as much fun as we did.

Hello everyone.
Unfortunately I have had a fall and broken my fibula. This will put the discos on hold for a few months. Please keep following the page and we will let you know as soon as possible when we will be back into things.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to seeing you all soon.

With our Hollywood Disco on Monday night bringing us to the last event of 2023, Our first official year of HYPE Disability Events has come to a end. We would like to share our gratitude and give thanks.

To the participants especially, The Futures Isle ladies (or better known to us, our friends Taz & Em), The local support companies, Sharon & Ness our catering crew, Mary and Derek and of course all our other volunteers, we thank you for a year of your support, laughter and FUN!

We can’t wait to see what 2024 will bring for us all, and we have a lot of plans and ideas so stay tuned !!!

We wish you all a safe and happy holiday and we will see you all in 2024! 👋🏼

12 months ago today we secured a place to hold our first ever event!
We have since held 4 amazing events with our next one coming up soon!
I'd like to say a massive thank you to the lovely ladies at Futures Isle Taz and Em for hosting us.
To my amazing team of volunteers, Brianna, Jaide, Jorja, Mia, Trishelle, Levi, Sharon, Mary and Derek I can't thank you enough for your support.
And most importantly to the wonderful participants and their support staff who have come along and enjoyed our events, we appreciate you all so much and can't wait to continue bring you all more fun and smiles.
My heartfelt thanks to each and everyone of you that had made my dream a reality. 💜

Just a reminder to be kind to everyone this Halloween. 👻🎃

Be kind to the child who can’t say “trick or treat”.

Be kind to the adult in a Superman costume.

Be kind to the little girl who doesn’t say “thank you”.

Be kind to the child who doesn’t understand he’s not supposed to go inside your house.

Be kind to the child who’s not wearing a costume.

Be kind to the little boy who speaks very loudly.

While you may think these behaviors are due to rudeness, often they’re caused by an invisible disability or simply shyness.

To put it into perspective, Halloween is one day a year. You get to make many kids and adults happy just by giving a few pieces of candy. I say that’s a pretty good deal 😊👻🎃
