How Often Should You Get a Massage? 💆‍♀️✨

This is one of the most common questions I get from clients, and the truth is—there’s no one-size-fits-all answer! Every body is different.

Personally, I’d get a massage every day if I could because I LOVE how it makes me feel! But for most clients, a monthly massage is perfect for maintenance and overall well-being. Others may need more or less frequent sessions to achieve the same results.

The key? Listen to your body and do what feels right for you. 💚
