An amazing initiative we have running in Launceston!
We're running our first Active Launceston program of 2026!
Starting February 3 and running until March 12, you're invited to get out in the beautiful Launnie weather and come along to these free sessions.
This program includes Yoga & Tai Chi - perfect for improving fitness, flexibility and wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Yoga
Build strength, posture and flexibility in this one-hour session.
📍 City Park (between Duck Pond & Rotunda)
🕘 Tuesdays, February 3 - March 3 | 6pm - 7pm
Tai Chi
Improve balance, body awareness and mental focus.
📍 Punchbowl Reserve
🕘 Thursdays, February 12 - March 12 | 3.30pm - 4.15pm
