→ Optional yoga bench inversions or standing balance (5 mins)
→ Pilates-inspired core work with props (5 mins)
→ Floor-based poses for flexibility (5 mins)
→ Cool down, breathwork + relaxation (5 mins)
→ Complementary tea + bliss ball 🙏
