🎀October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

This month, we're shining a light on the importance of early detection and regular check-ups. Breast cancer affects 1 in 7 Australian women, but early detection can make all the difference.

🎀What you can do:
- Check your breasts regularly and know what's normal for you
- Book your routine screening mammogram if you're aged 50-74 (Free through BreastScreen Tasmania)
- Women aged 40-49 and 75+ can also have a free mammogram every 2 years (you just wont get an invitation in the mail!)
- Speak to your GP if you notice any changes - no matter how small

Let's come together to support those affected, raise awareness and encourage our loved ones to prioritise their health.

There is currently some road works under way, outside our clinic. This has caused some issues with parking in our usual on-road parking spaces. We are sorry if this has caused any inconvenience, we are hoping the council will have our roads back in tip top shape in no time.
