A heart-opening afternoon of cacao and breathwork, all in support of Golden Avatar Gurukula—a beautiful grassroots school in rural West Bengal, India.

Golden Avatar Gurukula provides free education to children living in deep poverty, offering not only academic support but also creative arts, music, spiritual teachings, and a nurturing community environment.

This is a chance to slow down, connect inward, and channel your energy toward something meaningful. Every dollar from this session goes directly to the school.

Ayurvedic Workshop!

1-3pm Saturday 12th April at Folk Space (Osborne Park)

If you want to know more about Ayurveda: doshas, principles of health and wellness, cultivating a daily routine and working with the elements and seasons this workshop is for you!

Over the two hours we'll cover:
* The five elements
* The three doshas (individual constitutions)
* Living aligned with nature - using the 24 hour ayurvedic cycles & seasons
* Dinacharya: daily routines for health & wellness
* Ayurvedic principles of eating

Each participant will receive a workbook with everything learnt on the day as well as recommendations for resources & further learning opportunities. Strictly limited to 12 people.
