Satsang - it means community. Satsang Yoga Sanctuary is an inclusive yoga and pilates inspired movement community. We offer a range of Yoga and Pilates movement sessions, so that we can support you being well. The classes are small. You can book for a term (10) or a half term (5). Casual spots are sometimes available
Our yoga styles vary from Aerial dynamic & robust to gentle mat & meditative, so there's something for most people. Our teachers will help guide you to get what you need from your practise. fb message

Fine-tune your balance this February with free yoga in City Park! Whether you're nailing the pose or just trying not to topple, Kinga from Satsang Yoga Sanctuary helps us to find our roots. Some days you’ll feel rock solid, other days… well, let’s just say even trees sway in the wind! 🌬

📍 City Park (between the duck pond & rotunda)
🗓 Tuesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Feb 11 – Apr 1)

No experience needed—just wear comfy clothes, bring a mat or towel, your drink bottle and a willingness to find your balance. Thanks to City of Launceston Official
