It’s been a massive weekend of healing inner child with the Soul pathways workshop yesterday and connecting to my ancient Atlantic and Egyptian soul through Light Language and Sound Healing with my soul sister Mel Craven Yoga
What an amazing experience! I felt so nurtured, supported and loved 💚

I actually didn’t want to come back to my body! It took me a while to integrate! 🤣💜

Today i connect with my higher self during meditation, although it wasn’t the right time to express the light language that wanted to express, I came home and allowed it to happen whilst in the shower lol
Feeling comfortable to share this publicly is something I’m still coming to terms with!

I was asked what it is exactly, and that is something that is not easily answered or understood.

It’s an activation as such and it’s definitely opening up on our planet 💚

✨Today I had the privilege to connect with a lady in spirit for my client, my client is a regular and loves her massages and we have had her mum come through a couple of times now!

✨But today was extra special sometimes the comfort of knowing your spirit people are still around is all that’s needed especially when they know you are eating you favourite biscuits 🤣

Love never dies 💗and through hard times it’s what matters the most 🙏

Wow 20 readings so far over 2 days!
I’m getting good at this mediumship stuff! 🤣
I was feeling a bit tired until I had an AMAZING Sound Bath session tonight my body and energy shifted so much! I felt so energised every cell of my body vibrating, feeling clear and grounded
I felt so good I drove home! Lol

✨I had the privilege to work with a man this morning by doing a reading, massage/healing.

✨I was able to help him see no matter what his past looked like he has the ability to heal and move forward.
He shared stories with me and shed a few tears as he opened himself to the information he was receiving 🙏

✨What was interesting to me, before I started the reading I had a vision of a tear and drew it on the paper before he arrived! 💧

✨He also mentioned what a safe space I provided for him to trust me given he has ptsd.
