What is your LOVE language? We are all unique individuals... As unique as a fingerprint or snowflake. No two of us are the same.

So... How do you show your loved ones LOVE?

For some it may be listening. For some it may be touch. For some, it's simply making their loved ones a coffee or tea. It may be buying them a small sentimental gift or making a small gift. A back rub. A phone call. A text message. Flowers bought from the florist. Flowers picked from the garden. A simple 'How are you?'

There are thousands of ways to show LOVE... so how can we expect everyone to show it the exact same way as we do?

Is someone showing you LOVE but you're not appreciative or registering it?

I challenge you to take more note today on who is showing you LOVE, how they are showing you and truly appreciate it 💕

Chances are - more people than you think are LOVING on you!

'I was intimidated by you, then I got to know you'

These are words that I hear alot of from people who get to know me.

Who else are you judging by their exterior or by the jaded options of others?

What relationships and opportunities are you missing out on all because your projecting your own insecurities onto others?

You only judge others because first you judge yourself and boy, do humans love to project everywhere onto all the people! 😆

When would now be a good time to let go of that?

On this journey to a better life, I have learnt that there is nothing stronger or more powerful than the will of someone who is willing to make a change in their life. All it takes is you just saying 'YES' to that new life you deserve.

After I said yes, I felt an instant weight lift off my shoulders. I can honestly say that I am soooooo glad that I did say yes to this program because, lets face it, I would still be in the same old patterns and hateful cycle that I was lead to believe I deserved, for so long.

But there is light at the end of my tunnel. Thanks to Courtney, I now have a new lease on life, a better relationship with my children, and my whole family. I am now talking to my brother who I have not spoken to in years because I was able to heal and forgive myself, so I could let go of what was holding me back from making that connection with him.

Oh, and my goodness!! the board break!! So much fun and so EMPOWERING!! I have never felt so free in my ENTIRE LIFE!!
