This is me! Day 1 of reset, recalibration, and reconnecting to my inner source.

How many of you are done feeling the way you are? Would you say you are not unhappy.. but also not thriving and living your most joyful life? Yep that’s me.. on the spiral of consciousness we go up and down.. I’m looking to move up so that I am more in joy, abundance, acceptance, and thats my responsibility.

I turn 45 next month.. and I’m feeling bit blah.. I’m sure that perimenopause is starting to kick in.. and I’ve just let things slide.. a few extra kilos.. going to bed that little bit later.. and to much sending reels to friends.. 🤣 how many can relate 🤷‍♀️

So come along with me for the next 21 days.. as I clean up my diet with , and using the amazing Enagic water with and clean up my spiritual practices, next week kicks off a week of devotion with and the timing is perfect, I also move my body 3 times are week with strength and cardio. This is how I am showing up to love and appreciate myself.

In 21 days I will launch my new one on one program ❤️🙌 more to come over the next couple of weeks.

At the core of the heart chakra is self-love. If we are to find loving relationships with others, we need to learn to deeply love ourselves first.

I invite you to take a few moments and reflect on what you could do to be more kind and loving to yourself. Perhaps it's something simple like resting when you are tired, or taking more time for yourself when you need it. It may be eating more wholesome foods, or spending time with friends who are uplifting to be with.
