If not, we compassionately encourage you to attend this beautiful offering we have coming to the Yoga Loft in May. It is not performative, it is a deep and profound inner experience.

While an established yoga experience is recommended, approaching the sessions as gently as you feel like on any given day is completely okay and encouraged.

If attending all 4 doesn’t resonate, try the Friday evening session and see how you feel.

It is a wild and beautiful treat, and we hope that as many conscious creators in our community as possible are able to benefit.
