Cinergee Join us on a journey to unwind, restore balance, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. In our fast, stressful lives we lose touch with who we are.

Our holistic approach spans from gut health to radiant skin, guaranteeing a comprehensive wellness journey. We run pillar to post working two or three jobs (in some cases), we manage the household and everything that comes with a family, we study to better ourselves, give a helping hand with community organisations, friends and family......we give so much of our essence that we just have NO TIME for ourselves. This leaves us depleted, lacking vitality, depressed and overwhelmed. To stay this way for too long our health becomes challenged and we start to look for a change. Cinergee is that change.....everything we do is to help you reconnect with your inner Goddess and find inner peace

Everyone doesnt need access to you.
Some people are draining, and they don't even know it.
You're allowed to say no, you're allowed to not answer calls, you're allowed to break plans, and if you need to save yourself, do it.
Sylvester McNutt

Heading into the wilderness means my phone goes straight onto airplane mode. Apart from my son, I’m unreachable until I come back out.

No summit selfies, no live updates. Social media can wait — the rebuild and reboot comes first.

That’s the quiet magic of the Tasmanian wilderness: it reminds you that presence matters more than posting.

Lymphatic Friday

5. Therapeutic sequencing matters

The emerging best-practice sequence is:

☑ Nervous system regulation (safety, rhythm, breath, gentle compression)

☑ Fluid mobilisation (lymphatic flow, interstitial drainage)

☑ Metabolic clearance support (hydration, mineral balance, liver and gut support)

☑ Resilience building (sleep depth, circadian alignment, movement tolerance)

Skipping step one compromises all that follows.

Everything affects lymphatic flow — especially in today’s fast-paced world. When the body is under constant pressure, the systems responsible for movement, drainage and recovery can struggle to keep up.

Supporting the lymphatic system effectively requires a whole-body perspective, understanding how the nervous system, organs and metabolic pathways are functioning together.

That’s why we combine Lymphatic Flow therapy with Frequency Analysis, giving a broader picture of what is happening within the body so support can be more targeted and effective.

🌿 Longevity Series — Wellness Wednesday

What Healthy Ageing Really Looks Like

Watching my 98-year-old mum still live independently, attend exercise classes, enjoy social outings and potter around her home is one of life’s great privileges.

People often ask what her secret is.

The truth?

It isn’t a supplement.
It isn’t a single therapy.
It isn’t luck alone.

Longevity and resilience are built quietly through everyday choices:
movement, connection, nourishment, rest, curiosity and joy.

She isn’t thriving because of one magic factor.

She’s thriving because she keeps living.

At Cinergee, this is what we support — wellbeing for every stage of life.

Mobility Tuesday....

Mobility Keeps Joints Nourished
Joints do not have a direct blood supply in the same way muscles do.
They rely on movement to circulate synovial fluid.

Without regular, controlled motion:

😪 Cartilage dries out

😪 Joint surfaces degrade

😪 Pain and restriction increase

Clinical takeaway:
Gentle, regular mobility is one of the most effective ways to maintain joint health long-term—especially as we age.

Mondays are Skin Days....
Do Collagen Supplements Actually Work?

Collagen supplements are one of the most talked-about skin tools—and one of the most misunderstood.

When you ingest collagen, your body doesn’t send it straight to your face. It’s broken down into amino acids and peptides. Some of these peptides appear to act as signals to stimulate fibroblasts and collagen production in skin and joints.

Clinical studies suggest hydrolysed collagen peptides taken consistently for 8–16 weeks may modestly improve hydration, elasticity, and dermal density.

But here’s the key:

Collagen only works well when the internal environment is supportive—adequate protein intake, vitamin C status, low inflammation, good digestion, and proper sleep.

Age management isn’t about one supplement.
It’s about whether your body is in a state that allows repair to happen.

Lymphatic Friday!

4. Lymphatic congestion is a systems signal, not a local problem

Clinically, lymphatic stagnation often reflects:

Hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis strain

Vagal tone impairment

Chronic low-grade inflammation

Immune overactivation or exhaustion

Treating lymphatics in isolation risks temporary symptomatic improvement without systemic resolution.

Clinical implication:
Assessment must extend beyond swelling or fluid retention to include:

Sleep patterns

Stress physiology

Hormonal rhythm

Neurological load

The past five days have been dedicated to a Functional Blood Work Intensive, and its been incredibly interesting.

I've always loved biochemistry - it was one of my strongest subjects at university - and revisiting the complexity of how the body functions at a biochemical level has been deeply energising.

It feels like this could be the beginning of another learning path for me. More study ahead.

Just some of the areas covered pictured - it was fast paced, and very glad I had the background I have, to keep up. So many topics, so many protocols 😍

The Body Has Capacity to Heal — When Given the Right Support

Wellness Wednesday Insight
Despite the imbalances seen in scans, one consistent and encouraging finding is this:

👉 The body retains a strong capacity to self-regulate and heal when supported correctly.

When nervous system load is reduced and lymphatic, digestive, and metabolic pathways are supported, scans often show:

👍 Improved coherence

👍 Increased energy availability

👍 Better system communication

Clinical takeaway:
The goal of Frequency Analysis is not to diagnose disease — it is to identify stress patterns and support the body back into balance.

Mobility Tuesday
Stiffness Is Not an Age Problem—It’s a Signal

Stiffness is often blamed on aging, but more accurately it reflects:

🚶‍♀️ Repetitive movement patterns

🚶‍♀️ Prolonged sitting or standing

🚶‍♀️ Stress-driven muscle tone

🚶‍♀️ Reduced movement variety

The body restricts movement it no longer trusts.

Clinical takeaway:
Mobility restores trust between the brain and the body.
When the nervous system feels safe, movement returns.
