Cinergee

Cinergee Join us on a journey to unwind, restore balance, and nurture your mind, body, and spirit. In our fast, stressful lives we lose touch with who we are.

Our holistic approach spans from gut health to radiant skin, guaranteeing a comprehensive wellness journey. We run pillar to post working two or three jobs (in some cases), we manage the household and everything that comes with a family, we study to better ourselves, give a helping hand with community organisations, friends and family......we give so much of our essence that we just have NO TIME for ourselves. This leaves us depleted, lacking vitality, depressed and overwhelmed. To stay this way for too long our health becomes challenged and we start to look for a change. Cinergee is that change.....everything we do is to help you reconnect with your inner Goddess and find inner peace

"If you think adventure is dangerous, try routine, it's lethal."
- Paulo Coelho

It's not quite a wrap for this year!!!!

Photo taken on the Western Arthurs, in the remote Southwest National Park, Tasmania - where I was hoping to be spending between 7-10 days over the break, completing another 4 Abels, but the weather forecast of more snow, heavy rain and lots and lots of mud, has put an end to that.

Due to this I will be opening my Monday and Tuesday for last minute appointments.

Lymphatic Friday
Part 3: THe Glymphatic System

Stress, the Vagus Nerve & Glymphatic Flow

Chronic stress doesn’t just affect your mood — it blocks your brain’s ability to detox.

When you're stressed, your body stays in fight or flight mode — preventing the glymphatic system from activating during rest.

But when you activate your vagus nerve (your body’s main "rest and digest" switch), glymphatic flow can resume.

How to support it:

😘 Deep, slow belly breathing

😘 Gentle bodywork and massage

😘 Warm baths or saunas

😘 Lymphatic Flow treatments at Cinergee

Your nervous system and detox pathways are deeply connected. Treat them together — feel the difference.

🌿 WELLNESS WEDNESDAY — WEEK 4
How Gut Bacteria Influence Rheumatoid Arthritis

Your microbiome plays a powerful role in determining whether your immune system stays calm… or becomes reactive and inflamed.

Emerging research now shows that certain gut bacteria are strongly linked to the development and progression of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). These include:

Segatella copri (previously known as Prevotella copri)

Subdoligranulum didolesgii

Eggerthella lenta

Certain Streptococcus species

These microbes can drive inflammation through mechanisms such as:
✨ molecular mimicry (confusing the immune system)
✨ antigen citrullination (triggering autoimmunity)
✨ disruption of mucosal immunity (weakening the gut barrier)

At the same time, low levels of beneficial bacteria — especially Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria — are associated with increased inflammation and greater RA severity.

✨ A balanced microbiome = a calmer immune system = calmer joints.

Mobility Tuesday
Mobility hydrates fascia

Fascia is your body’s connective web — it wraps every muscle, organ, nerve, and bone.
It needs hydration and glide.

When fascia is under-moved or over-held (hello desk life, stress, injury, menopause shifts), it gets sticky and dehydrated.
That’s when you feel:

😢 tight

😢 restricted

😢 “old”

😢 sore in weird places

😢 like your body is wearing a too-small suit

Mobility work restores sliding surfaces, which makes everything feel easier.

Think of it like:

dried sponge → stiff

wet sponge → supple and springy

Movement is the water.

Mondays are all about Skin
The Nervous System (Neuro-Skin Connection)

“Your Skin Hears Your Stress: The Neuro-Skin Axis”

Stress → cortisol/adrenaline → increased TEWL, impaired lipid synthesis, slower wound repair.

Overactive nervous system can drive acne, eczema, rosacea, hives.

Touch therapies (facial massage, Gua Sha) stimulate vagal tone → reduce inflammatory signalling.

Corneotherapy: nervous system regulation is part of barrier repair.
“Relaxation isn’t extra — it’s essential.”
“How stressed is your skin today?”

4. nature
5. real food
6. exercise
7. heat/cold
8. salt
9. magnesium

If you can manage all these on a regular basis, you are doing well with your health.

Photo taken at the top of Morraine A on the Western Arthurs. I am hoping to head back that way (weather permitting) during the Christmas/New Year break.

This is just a quick thumbs up 👍 Cinergee is closed today - Saturday, through until next Wednesday 17th December as I am again heading out into the wilds for some fresh air and exercise - weather permitting as to where I end up or as it looks at the moment - I might just have some chill down time 🙂

Lymphatic Friday
Part 2: The Glymphatic System
😴 It Only Works While You Sleep

Unlike your lymphatic system, your glymphatic system is most active while you’re asleep — especially during deep, non-REM sleep.

This is when cerebrospinal fluid flows through your brain tissue, flushing out waste and by-products of daily mental activity.

Sleep deprivation, broken sleep, or overexposure to screens and stress can all block this crucial night-time detox.

Support your glymphatic system by:

😉 Getting 7–9 hours of consistent sleep

😉 Avoiding screens and blue light 1 hour before bed

😉 Reducing alcohol or late meals

At Cinergee, many of our treatments promote nervous system down-regulation, which supports deeper, restorative sleep.

💛

Thank you, Anna, for allowing me to support you through such a deeply emotional time.

My work is centred on helping guide the body from a state of fight or flight into the calm of rest and digest.

When your nervous system feels safe, that’s where the magic begins — your body begins to heal, restore, and rebalance. Sleep improves, digestion resets, and your ability to cope with life’s challenges strengthens.

This is the power of deep relaxation — and I’m honoured to be part of your journey.

❤️

✨ WEEK 3 — Leaky Gut & Immune Activation

A compromised gut lining allows food particles, toxins, and bacterial fragments to pass into circulation — this is known as a “leaky gut.”

Your immune system sees these as threats.
Inflammation rises.
And joints (depending on your genetic weak spots) can become unintended targets.

Mobility Tuesday
Why mobility keeps you young - mobility nourishes your joints

Joints don’t get their nutrition the way muscles do.
They rely on movement to circulate synovial fluid — the lubricant and nutrient bath inside every joint.

No movement = joints dry out and feel creaky.
Gentle, varied movement = joints stay fed, juicy, and resilient.

So when you move a joint through its natural range regularly, you’re basically saying:

“Stay healthy. Stay alive. Stay available.”

Finally arrived - so excited, I have been waiting for this for a while after months of research.....

Did you know that your flavor preferences reflect your microbiome diversity?

Unhealhty bacteria and candida don't just consume the sugar we eat - they actively demand more. This creates a dangerous cycle where you crave and consume sugar, which further fuels your microbiome imbalance and leads to even more sugar cravings.

Probioform uses the principles of nature and fermentation to help you build a strong microbiome.

Most probiotics are freeze-dried powders or pills, but for a probiotic to be effective and reach the intestinal tract, the live bacterial cultures must survive the harsh, acidic environment inside your stomach. Most powders and pills can't do this.
This advanced formula, allows the live bacteria culture to pass through your stomach acid and enter your gut safely. And unlike other products, this one doesnt require billions of colony-forming units (CFUs) for efficacy.

This formula has been specifically designed to support your microbiome and create the ideal environment for it to thrive. As a result, it boosts your system with unprocessed and living bacteria, enzymes, antioxidants, vitamins, trace minerals, and benefical acids - all naturally produced by the living microbes in the formula. Essentially creating a beneficial environment for the whole microbial biomass.

Digestion is a fascinating science, and we learn more about it everyday. Your gut has 70 - 80% of your immune cells, and your intestinal tract is the largest immune organ in the body and hosts trillions of microbes. These microbes are collectively known as the microbiome and are essential to maintaining our overall health and well-being.

Let me know if your gut isnt at its best 😉
