We’re super excited to announce something new coming to 💃🕺

We are in the final cleaning and organizing stages for opening the doors to our flagship venue - TRES.

We will be bringing some Latin-inspired flavours to Lonnie - food designed for sharing, delicious drinks, great service, and focusing on seasonal local produce with some fun flair added!

Such a delight to celebrate at with Launceston Jazz Club - we had the honour of hosting up from Hobart, who had the dance floor jumping!
Jazz is super close to both our directors hearts - .de.silva loved Mardi Gras in New Orleans, and has come from a musical family - live music is super close to our hearts, and we love to match food with tunes!events2024 (Sam) is also quite partial to a boogie on the dance floor….

We had the honor of hosting a private event this evening at our kitchen home, - an intimate dinner for 13, a post retreat thank you to the speakers and VIPs

started off with fresh, warm from the oven sourdough, with olive oil + shared antipasto platters, followed by chicken shawarma, pan fried gnocchi, ancient grain salad + naughty Parmesan cauliflower + potatoes
Dessert with a delight of miniatures - lemon meringue, chocolate + almond tarts + profiteroles 🤤
We love catering and styling private events - from the intimate, like tonight, to be the big extravaganza 🎉
