🌟 Ready to try yoga? 🌟
We’ve added an offering specifically for those curious about beginning yoga, ready to re-connect to their practice, or anyone simply keen to move slowly and intentionally through the basics.
YOGA FUNDAMENTALS — every Wednesday, 4-5pm.
These practices are designed to be accessible, gentle, and welcoming—a safe space to reconnect to self.
**Classes will include optional hands-on assists, pranayama, and meditation, and each session will begin with a brief discussion on a topic of yogic philosophy.
