Rising temperatures can put extra stress on the body – especially for older people 👵👴, young children 👶🧒, pregnant women 🤰, and anyone taking regular medications 💊.

Some medicines, including those for blood pressure, diabetes, and heart conditions ❤️, can increase the risk of dehydration in hot weather 💧
