🚨 UPDATE - Maternity Leave 🚨

With the arrival of baby Davis getting closer, it’s officially time for me to start slowing things down 🫣🤍

From now on, I’ll only be offering 4 appointments per day:
✨ 10:00am
✨ 11:30am
✨ 4:00pm
✨ 5:30pm

AND… my official finish date is locked in 👇

My last treatment day will be 19th June!
I’ll be heading off on maternity leave, with plans to return in early 2027 (date TBC — depending on childcare 👶🏼).

When I return, availability will be limited for a while… so if you’ve been thinking about booking in — this is your sign 👀

And of course, please excuse any mid-treatment bathroom dashes 😂

✈️Honeymoon mode activated! ✈️

I'm abandoning my massage table from this Saturday 7th Feb until 9th March, and I won't be reachable by phone, email, or text.

Don't worry, I'll respond to all your messages when I start back on 10th March, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated or jetlagged who knows.....😂 😊.

In the meantime, you can still book online through the website, there are a few appointments left in March, but be quick and grab them before they're gone.

Some exciting changes are afoot at Flow!
 Ethan and I are so excited to share that we’re expecting our very own bundle of joy 🥰🤰🏼

I’m due mid-July and, at this stage, plan to continue working through to the end of June. This may change depending on how I’m feeling, and I’ll be sure to keep you updated as the date approaches.
This is also a gentle reminder that if you’re feeling unwell, please let me know so we can reschedule. My health (and bubs’) is especially important right now 🤍
